A Nepali FF name style is a Free Fire name finished with ꔪ, the mark that stands in for Nepal’s flag — usually in the template ◤your name ꔪ, with your own word in small capitals, like ◤ᴋᴇᴛᴀꔪ. Copy one of the 127 names and marks below or type your own into the box above. ꔪ is not a flag at all but a letter from the Vai script of Liberia, one character long; and most popular Nepali names people copy are too long for Free Fire’s 12-character box, so every card here is built to fit.

How to fill in ◤your name ꔪ
“◤your name ꔪ” is the most searched Nepali name style, and it is a template rather than a name: the corner ◤ opens it, ꔪ closes it, and “your name” is the part you replace.
- Type your word into the box at the top of this page and pick a style — small capitals are the classic choice.
- Copy the styled word, then put ◤ in front of it and ꔪ after it, with no space or with a single no-break space.
- Count before you save: ◤ and ꔪ take two of Free Fire’s 12 characters, so the word itself gets ten at most.
Or copy one that is already filled in:
Names ending in ꔪ
Most Nepali names drop the corner and simply end with ꔪ, sometimes after a 〆 or 亗. The character count is on every card.
What popular Nepali FF names are made of
We took 26 popular Nepali-style Free Fire names from public nickname lists and counted what each contains. ꔪ is the signature; the length is the problem.

| What the name contains | Names | Share |
|---|---|---|
| ꔪ anywhere | 20 | 77% |
| ꔪ as the very last character | 18 | 69% |
| Small capitals or modifier letters | 14 | 54% |
| 〆, 亗 or メ | 8 | 31% |
| A Hangul Filler gap (U+3164 or U+FFA0) | 7 | 27% |
| Spaced-out letters | 6 | 23% |
| ◤ at the start | 2 | 8% |
| The flag emoji 🇳🇵 | 2 | 8% |
| 12 characters or fewer | 11 | 42% |
| 12 UTF-16 units or fewer | 8 | 31% |
More than half of the names are over 12 characters, and a quarter carry the Hangul Filler that Free Fire stopped accepting in OB43 — the gap that does work is covered on the Free Fire space page. Spaced letters are the costliest habit: every gap is a character, which is why a spaced name rarely fits. What each style costs is set out in how long a stylish name really is.
ꔪ or 🇳🇵: which one to use
| Mark | Code points | Official Unicode name | Characters | UTF-16 units | After NFKC |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ꔪ | U+A52A | Vai syllable pi | 1 | 1 | Unchanged |
| 🇳🇵 | U+1F1F3 U+1F1F5 | Regional indicator symbols N and P | 2 | 4 | Unchanged |
| ◤ | U+25E4 | Black upper left triangle | 1 | 1 | Unchanged |
The flag emoji is not one picture but the two letters N and P as regional indicators, which a phone combines into Nepal’s flag — the only national flag that is not a rectangle. ꔪ does the same job in a quarter of the space and takes the colour of the name around it. In a bio, where length does not matter, the real flag is the better choice; in the name box, ꔪ is. For other Free Fire looks, see the free fire name style.
Nepali FF name style for boys, and attitude tags
The most searched form of this name is not just “nepali” but nepali boy, usually with an attitude word in it. The words below do that job while staying short enough for the twelve-character box — keta is boy, bir is brave, sher is lion — and each card shows what it costs.

Notice the pattern in the counts: the small-caps rows sit at one unit per letter, so even ◤ᴀᵗᵗⁱᵗᵘᵈᵉꔪ comes in at ten, while the bold version of the same word costs nineteen and will be refused. If an attitude tag keeps failing to save, the style is usually the problem rather than the word, and the full breakdown of what each style costs is on the page about how long a stylish name really is.
Nepali words in stylish letters
Ordinary Nepali words make the best Nepali names: keta (boy), raja (king), sher (lion), bir (brave), himal (snow mountain), sathi (friend), dai (elder brother) and maya (love).
Spaced letters, NP tags and emoji
Three more looks from the popular names: letters spaced out, a short NP or KTM tag in front, and the flag or a mountain emoji. The spaced ones use no-break spaces, the gap Free Fire still accepts.
A Nepali fancy name is not a font
None of this is a font you install. A fancy name is ordinary Unicode text — characters that already exist in the standard — which is why a tag copied here pastes into the rename box at all, and why nothing can fail to download. The marks are letters borrowed from other scripts: ꔪ is a Vai syllable from Liberia, not a Nepali letter, however Nepali it has come to look.
That also explains where these names work and where they do not. A game name, a display name and a bio are free-text fields, so they take these characters. A handle or @username is restricted by design to letters, digits, dots and underscores and will refuse them. And any system that normalises text with NFKC folds many styled letters back to plain ones: of the 93 styles on this site, measured on 12 September 2026 against Unicode 9.0.0 data, 12 revert to the exact plain spelling, one reverts in capitals, two turn into different text and 78 come through untouched. The marks that carry this style — ◤, ꔪ, 〆 — are in the 78 that survive.
Marks, faces and mountains
The pieces on their own, to build a name of your own. For tags built on 모 and ϟ instead of ꔪ, see Brazilian freestyle names.
Nepali tag marks 16
ꔪ and the small marks that travel with it. One to three characters each.
Kaomoji for a squad chat 15
Fighting and winning faces for a clip caption or guild chat — a few end in ꔪ.
Mountain and flag emoji 10
For a bio rather than the name box: each emoji is two UTF-16 units, the flag four.
Mountain and snow marks 21
Himalayan marks for a bio or a guild line. ᨒ is not a picture at all but BUGINESE LETTER LA, a letter from an Indonesian script, used for its peak shape.

FAQ
What does ◤your name ꔪ mean?
It is a template, not a name. People copy it, delete the words “your name” and type their own, keeping the corner ◤ at the front and ꔪ at the end. The ꔪ is there because its shape recalls Nepal’s two-pennant flag, which is why the template is so popular for Nepali Free Fire names.
What is the ꔪ symbol?
It is VAI SYLLABLE PI, U+A52A — a letter from the Vai script of Liberia, not a flag or an emoji. Players use it for its shape. Because it is a letter, it counts as one character and one UTF-16 unit, and text normalisation leaves it unchanged.
Can I put the Nepal flag emoji in my Free Fire name?
You can paste 🇳🇵, but it is two characters and four UTF-16 units — a third of a 12-character box if the game counts units. We have not verified how Free Fire displays flag emoji, which is one more reason players use the single-character ꔪ instead.
Why won’t my copied Nepali name save in Free Fire?
Usually one of two reasons. Seven of the 26 popular names we examined use a Hangul Filler gap (U+3164 or U+FFA0), a character Free Fire has refused since OB43; and 15 of the 26 are longer than 12 characters. Every card on this page uses U+00A0 for its gaps and stays within 12.
What do keta, dai and sathi mean?
They are everyday Nepali words: keta means boy, dai is elder brother, sathi is friend, raja is king, bir is brave, himal is a snow mountain, maya is love and sher is lion. KTM is the usual short form of Kathmandu, and NP is Nepal’s country code.
